The University Drive and Harvey Road Citibank locations were robbed early Monday morning.
Authorities say Patrick Frank Bigelow, otherwise known as, ’The Santa Claus Bandit’ - escaped from Fayette County Jail around 11 a.m.-after he allegedly overpowered a female guard.
